3. Appointments & Scheduling

Appointment requests made through this website or by phone are subject to confirmation. Because we work outdoors at your location, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to weather or site conditions; we will coordinate a new time with you if that happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.

4. Customer Responsibilities
